Returns & Replacements

At Andersen Window and Door Parts, we strive to ensure you receive the exact hardware needed for your home restoration projects. If a component is not the right fit, you may return unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused Andersen parts back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage to delicate finishes or mechanical components during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the parts are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
